GVI Thailand's Teaching Children volunteers have worked with 22 primary and secondary schools in the Ao Luk district, providing them with English lessons, activities and assistance for approximately 9,982 students
Over 6,200 hours of English class time for adult students
1,850 certificates awarded to community members for attending GVI's free English classes
305 Teaching and Renovation volunteers providing assistance to local communities
228 TEFL Certificates awarded to volunteer English teachers
English language teachers provided for 28 different schools in Ao Luk

"P" Party

After completing a week of teaching and training, GVI Thailand Expedition Members and Staff took some time out to relax with a Thursday night party. This Thursday's theme was the letter 'P' and everyone got involved. It's always necessary to get creative with costumes when themes are last minute and resources are limited. Everyone stepped up to the challenge and scrounged something up.
