11th Term of Classes Begin!

The first day of the 11th term of free English classes for the Ao Luk community began on Monday the 6th of October. Each term lasts 4 week weeks with classes taking place Monday-Thursday for 90 minutes each. Students participating can gain up to 24 hours of English lessons, focused around gaining communicative speaking skills.

A total of 99 students turned up for 9 different classes. These classes are from Level 1 (beginners basic English) up to Level 6 (Pre-Intermediate).

Expedition Members observed their trainers teaching this first lesson giving them the opportunity to see an experienced teacher in the classroom. This also gives them the chance to check out the students and the classroom environment in preparation for teaching their own portion of the class on Tuesday! We're sure they will do a great job!
