A Week of Teaching at Ao Luk Primary School
This week was the second week of working at the local primary school for our Teaching Assistants taking part in the new "Teaching Children in Thailand Project". Monday at Tuesday were typical days helping out English classes in both the morning and the afternoon.
Wednesday-Friday the school hosted a scout camp for the school's 4th-6th graders. The students stayed in tents at the schools, sang songs, played games, went on an "adventure" and played games. The TAs were asked to participate in the camp and were even part of the mysterious adventure which included an obstacle course through the forest. What a great way to spend time with the students and enjoy fun Thai culture!
