First Day of School for New Volunteers
Today was the first day of school for our 3 volunteers on our newest project working with the local Ao Luk Primary School. They ventured to school to meet up with Kruu Lek, the Thai English teacher who will oversee the volunteers. The primary school is made up of 700 students aged 4-13. These volunteers will provide assistance in the classroom leading simple English activities, focusing on pronunciation, understanding, and just having a good time. This is just another way GVI Thailand is able to provide added assistance for the local community.
