Wat Sathit Potharam School

GVI's first village project of 2009 took place at Wat Sathit Potharam School in the Laem Sak sub district of Ao Luk. The GVI team paid a visit to the school to lead the primary school students in a morning of fun English activities. 101 students aged 4-12 divided up into 6 groups to rotate through a series of games and activities. Topics included fruit, animals, colors, classroom objects, numbers and body parts. Both students and teachers had a lot of fun. After the activities everyone joined together to eat lunch before returning to their studies or to the GVI base.
