Thursday Night Party and Goodbyes to our Teaching Children Volunteers!
This Thursday night's party was in honor of the upcoming Chinese New Year. Everyone dressed up as their Chinese astrological animal or fortunes.
The party was also in honor of our 3 two-week teaching assistants who came to participate in the first Teaching Children in Thailand Project. The 3 intrepid volunteers were presented with certificates of completion and thanked for all their hard work. Feedback Kruu Lek from Ao Luk Primary School reports that the school is very happy with the volunteers' assistance and the new project. They feel that not only the students but also the teachers are benefiting from the exposure to the English language and native speaking English teaching assistants in the classroom.
