Thai Cooking Workshop # 2

This Saturday local cooks, Pee Moo and Pee Ban led another Thai Cooking workshop for interested volunteers on the GVI base. This week's menu of dishes included "Gaeng Gathi Moo" (Red Curry with Pork), "Tom Kha Tou-Hu" (Coconut Soup with Tofu), and "Som Tam" (Spicy Papaya Salad). Lots of people took part in the workshop and it was good fun had by all.
