Village Project: Ban Ao Luk Noi School
It was a meeting of the projects at this week's village project with TEFLers and our volunteers on the construction project joining TAs, Susan and Kate, at their usual Friday school, Ban Ao Luk Noi. The group split off into 5 groups, each focusing on different topic areas, which included: classroom objects, colors, animals, numbers and body parts.
In addition, the students were treated to our environmental education workshop. The students learn about the ills of littering; about different types of trash; and the proper methods of disposal.
After the activities were finished, our teachers stayed for a picnic lunch. Throughout the afternoon, the students practiced their new English skills and took pictures with the teachers. Great fun!
