Renovation Project: Thai Cooking Workshop

After three long days of manual labor, we switched gears this evening for hard work of a different kind: cooking! Thailand is known the world over for its tasty cuisine. With it’s vibrant flavors, rich aromas and spice worth writing home about, this group decided that no trip to Thailand would be complete without learning to cook a few choice dishes.

Pun, our instructor, arrived around five o’clock and immediately put us to work. Our feast consisted of Pat See Yu (Stir-fried noodles), Pat Kreung Gaeng Moo (Stir-fried pork in red curry) and Matsaman Curry (Yellow curry with coconut milk and peanuts). Everyone got the chance to try their hand at preparing the fresh ingredients before dining on a gorgeous meal.
