Village Project at Hin Lao School
This Friday's village project took place at Hin Lao School in Hin Lao Village in the Laem Sak sub district of Ao Luk. This small school has 48 students aged 4-13 years old, all kindergarden and primary school students. 5 teachers help to maintain the school and teach the students. The GVI team led 2 hours of English games, activities and songs for the 36 students in th
e primary school (ages 6-13). Topics included fruits, animals, colors, body parts, and classroom objects. The students loved the opportunity to have fun with English and interact with GVI's teachers. After a leisurely lunch the GVI team said goodbyes to the students and their teachers and headed back to base.
