Thai Cooking Workshop
Pee Ban and Pee Pun, two of our favorite local cooks, came around on Saturday evening to show everyone how to cooks some tasty Thai dishes. The menu for the evening included Tom Yam Gai (a spicy sour soup with chicken), Geng Kiaw Waan Jae (Vegetarian Green Curry), and Phad Thai (Thai style stir-fried noodles). Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to learn how to cook authentic Thai food and particularly enjoyed getting to sit down and eat their masterpieces.
