End of term party
Friday was the last end of term party for 2010 at the GVI base in Ao Luk, Thailand. In typical style TEFL certificates were awarded and the GVI team and the community joined together to eat, drink and sing lots of silly karaoke songs.
In atypical style there was a visit from Santa Claus who came and brought T-shirts, canvas bags and loads of sweets to give away. Christmas carols played for the first part of the party and the base was decked out in festive decorations.
The highlight of the night was a duet of a West Life song by James, a 6 month intern and one of his Level 3 students.
