Thai Cooking Workshop # 2

Expedition Members had another chance to learn how to cook Thai food with members of the local Thai community. Together they cooked Tom Kha Gai (coconut soup with chicken), Moo Pat Prik Thai Dam (black pepper pork), Pat Krapow Kai Yiaw Maa (thousand year old eggs stir fried with basil leaves). Once again - Yummy!
