Goodbyes!
Today we said a sad farewell to several volunteers finishing up their TEFL certificates and heading off on to more adventures abroad and back home. Thank you from GVI and the Ao Luk community!
We also said goodbye to long term staff member, Kerry. Kerry came out as a 10 week TEFL volunteer back in April 2008. She went on to become an intern, a teacher on staff and finally a TEFL trainer. Kerry will be going on to teach English as an au pair in Italy for the summer but will be returning to Thailand in September. We'll miss her! Thanks, Kerry for all your hard work!
