Thai Wedding Party
On Saturday all of GVI Ao Luk were invited to a traditional wedding party. Noi, our local taxi driver and friend, was celebrating the marriage of his daughter. The entire GVI team joined him, his family, and others in celebrating Thai style. Festivities include loads of home cooked Thai dishes, beer and whiskey, and karaoke. It was great fun for Expedition Members who enjoyed the opportunity to get to know some of the local community socially. 
Highlights were learning how to open bottles Thai-style which means utilizing lighters, other bottles or even chairs to pop off bottle lids. It looks like Cassie-Mae may have mastered it!
