GVI Thailand's Teaching Children volunteers have worked with 22 primary and secondary schools in the Ao Luk district, providing them with English lessons, activities and assistance for approximately 9,982 students
Over 6,200 hours of English class time for adult students
1,850 certificates awarded to community members for attending GVI's free English classes
305 Teaching and Renovation volunteers providing assistance to local communities
228 TEFL Certificates awarded to volunteer English teachers
English language teachers provided for 28 different schools in Ao Luk

Sawadee kap from Thailand and welcome to the new GVI Thailand blog.

As the spring is upon us, we also embark on a new project; we aim to create a very dynamic and interactive blog, so you can keep up to date with all the latest happenings, news, community initiatives, events and photos from our Thailand expedition.

We hope you find this new blog useful and interesting, and for all of you who have already been on a GVI Thailand expedition, we really wish it brings you back those happy memories from your time with us.
